Do I need to book in advance?
Individual seats are walk-in only. Groups of 5 or more and private booth bookings require a 24-hour advance reservation via our contact form or phone.
Is there a minimum spend per visit?
There is no minimum spend for individual casual visits. Group bookings and private booths have a minimum F&B order of ₹500 per person.
Can I bring my own gaming peripherals?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard or headset. Just inform our staff and they'll set up your peripherals at your station.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay) and cash. Cards accepted at counter and via handheld terminals at stations.
Are there any age restrictions?
PixelBrew is open to all age groups. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Some late-night slots (after midnight) are 18+ only.
How do I join the weekly tournament?
Tournament registrations open every Wednesday on our Instagram page (@pixelbrewcafe). You can also register in-person at the counter from Thursday onwards for that weekend's event.
